Purpose of the Library and Resource Center
The Library and Resource Center serves as a hub for academic support, encouraging students to:
- Explore a wide range of books and digital resources.
- Develop research skills and critical thinking.
- Collaborate on projects and enhance their learning experiences.
General Guidelines
- Respect for Resources:
- Handle books, equipment, and materials with care.
- Return items in the same condition as they were borrowed.
- Quiet Environment:
- Maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Refrain from loud conversations, phone usage, or disruptive behavior.
- Personal Belongings:
- Bags, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the library.
- Students are responsible for their personal items.
- Use of Technology:
- Computers and digital devices provided in the library are for academic purposes only.
- Access to inappropriate websites or non-educational content is strictly prohibited.
Borrowing Procedures
- Borrowing Limits:
- Students may borrow up to 3 books at a time.
- Borrowing periods are as follows:
- Fiction/General Reading: 2 weeks
- Reference Books: Overnight only
- Renewals:
- Books may be renewed once if no other student has reserved them.
- Renewal requests must be made before the due date.
- Overdue Books:
- A daily fine of ₱5 per book will be charged for overdue items.
- Borrowing privileges may be suspended until overdue books are returned and fines are settled.
- Lost or Damaged Books:
- Students must report lost or damaged items immediately.
- Replacement costs or repair fees will apply based on the library’s evaluation.
Special Services
- Research Assistance:
- Librarians are available to assist students with research projects and finding appropriate resources.
- Digital Resources:
- Access to e-books, online journals, and research databases is available through the library’s online portal.
- Reading Programs:
- Monthly book clubs and reading challenges are organized to encourage a love for reading.

To enhance learning and research, students and parents can access the following online libraries and resources:

Responsibilities of Library Users
- For Students:
- Follow all library rules and respect library staff and other users.
- Ensure borrowed items are returned on or before the due date.
- For Parents/Guardians:
- Encourage children to use library resources responsibly.
- Support students in returning borrowed materials on time.
- For Teachers:
- Promote the use of library resources for class projects and assignments.
- Collaborate with librarians to create meaningful research opportunities.

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
