Tuition & Fees, Payment Plans & Scholarship Info

Tuition & Fees

Tuition fees cover the core academic program, co-curricular activities, and basic student services. Fees vary depending on the grade level and program:

  • Preschool (Nursery & Kindergarten)
  • Elementary (Grades 1 to 6)
  • Junior High School (Grades 7 to 10)
  • Special Education (SPED) Program

Miscellaneous Fees

These fees cover essential student services and school programs, including:

  • Use of facilities (library, laboratory, computer, audio-visual)
  • Guidance, counseling, and medical/dental services
  • School activities, cultural programs, and events
  • Systems updating and student insurance
  • Report card and school ID issuance
  • Other important services

3. Other Fees (if applicable):

  • Uniforms: Cost varies by grade level
  • Learning Materials: Includes workbooks and other required materials
  • Special Education (SpEd) Support: Tailored fees for students enrolled in SpEd  classes/programs

Payment Plans

To provide flexibility, SMA offers several payment options:

1. Full Payment:

  • Pay the entire tuition fee before the start of the school year to enjoy a 5% discount on tuition fees.

2. Installment Plan:

  • Divide payments into four equal installments throughout the school year:
    • 1st Installment: Upon enrollment
    • 2nd Installment: Start of 2nd quarter
    • 3rd Installment: Start of 3rd quarter
    • 4th Installment: Start of 4th quarter

3. Monthly Payment Plan:

  • Spread payments across 10 months, starting from the enrollment month.
  • A minimal service fee applies for monthly payments.

Scholarships & Discounts

SMA supports students and families through the following programs:

  • Sibling Discount – Available for families with multiple children enrolled at SMA.
  • ESC Subsidy– Subsidy of Php 9000 for incoming Grade 7-students
  • Academic Scholarships:
    • For SMA Elementary Graduates – Incoming Grade 7 students who graduated as Rank 1 receive a full scholarship and Rank 2 receive a half scholarship for Junior High School.
    • For Non-SMA Elementary Graduates – Incoming Grade 7 students from other schools who graduated with High Honors or Highest Honors are eligible to apply for a scholarship grant.

Qualifying Exam (For Non-SMA Graduates):
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must successfully pass the qualifying examination. The exam will assess the student’s academic abilities and readiness for the scholarship program. Details about the exam, including the date, will be provided in advance.

Scholarship Approval:
Once the qualifying exam is completed, the scholarship committee will review all applications and exam results. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic performance, exam results, and adherence to eligibility criteria. Successful applicants will be notified of their scholarship acceptance.

How to Pay

SMA accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Bank Transfer:
    For online enrollment, please contact the business office for bank account details. Once the payment is made, kindly send a copy of the deposit slip or online transaction receipt to business_office@stellamaris.edu.ph

    You may choose from the following accounts:
    • BPI
    • China Bank Savings
  2. In-Person Payment:
    • Payments can be made at the school’s business office during office hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
