Admissions

How do I apply for admission to SMA?

Follow these steps to apply:

1.) Fill out the application form
2.) Submit the required documents
3.) Attend the student applicant interview
4.) Attend the parents/guardian interview
5.) Take the entrance examination
6.) Undergo evaluation and feedback/conference

When is the enrollment period?

Enrollment typically starts in March and ends in June. However, we accept late enrollees subject to slot availability. Please check our Facebook page or contact the school for exact dates and additional details.

What are the requirements for admission?

Admission requirements vary by grade level:

Special Education:
2×2 ID picture
Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA Copy)
Developmental or medical diagnosis (if available)
Psychoeducational assessment (if applicable)
Occupational therapy report (if available)
Speech therapy report (if available)
Previous school records (if applicable)

Preschool:
2×2 ID picture
PSA Birth Certificate
Report Card (Kindergarten only)

Elementary & Junior High School:
2×2 ID picture
PSA Birth Certificate
Form 138 (Report Card)

Does SMA accept transferees?

Yes, we accept transferees for all grade levels. Admission is subject to:

Availability of slots in the desired grade level
Submission of complete transfer documents (Report Card, Transfer Credentials, Certificate of Good Moral Character, etc.)
Passing the entrance assessment and interview

Where can I get my child’s school uniform?

Does SMA accept students with special needs?

Yes, SMA is an inclusive school. It is a Government Recognized Special Education Center. Our SMA’s Special Education (SpEd) Program provides:

What is the Admission and Placement Program?

What is the Authentic Learning Program, and how is it applied at SMA?

Tuition & Financial Assistance

How much is the tuition fee?

Does SMA offer scholarships or financial aid?

Yes, SMA offers:

Sibling Discount – Available for families with multiple children enrolled at SMA.

ESC Subsidy– Subsidy of Php 9000 for incoming Grade 7-students

Academic Scholarships:

For SMA Elementary Graduates – Incoming Grade 7 students who graduated as Rank 1 receive a full scholarship and Rank 2 receive a half scholarship for Junior High School.

For Non-SMA Elementary Graduates – Incoming Grade 7 students from other schools who graduated with High Honors or Highest Honors are eligible to apply for a scholarship. grant.
