3. Excused Absences:
   • Absences due to illness, family emergencies, or other valid reasons approved by the school.
   • Pre-approved absences for events like competitions or religious observances.
4. Unexcused Absences:
   • Absences without prior notice or valid reason will be recorded as unexcused and may result in disciplinary action.
